Computer Classroom Reservations

  • Reservations requests must occur at least ONE business day (24 hours) prior to the class.
  • Labs are available on a first-come, first-serve basis for academic instruction.
  • Scheduling preference is given to academic courses and recurring courses.
  • Reservations for groups from off-campus academic schools or departments must request Computer Classroom Space through an on-campus Homewood academic department.
  • Hourly charges for use of the classrooms may apply if the event is not an academic course.
  • Arrangements for software installation or other special technology needs should be made at least 2 weeks in advance of the beginning of the semester or 3 business days in advance during the course of the semester. If the request is approved, you must deliver installation media and proof of licensing to the IT manager. Software requests MUST be made through the online form.
  • Access to the computer classrooms facilities is by the instructors valid J-Card only.

The first step is to decide which classroom would best suite your needs. This is a brief overview of the computer classroom features. For more detailed information, click on the classroom name.
