The Johns Hopkins Foreign Affairs Symposium is announcing a change in its scheduled line-up. Former Presidential Candidate Rick Santorum will be replacing Liz Cheney. The event begins on Tuesday April 9, at 8 PM and doors will open at 7:30 PM. The event is free and open to the public.
