We are currently recruiting new editors!
Please download the application using the link below and submit it to
Foundations@jhu.edu before October 1, 2012 at 10pm.
The Foundations Editorial Board is composed of current undergraduates at The Johns Hopkins University. While many of our editors are either History majors or minors, we also have a number of other majors represented (International Relations/Studies, Political Science, Writing Seminars, English, etc.). Prospective editors are NOT required to be History majors or minors; all that we ask is that you have a great interest in history.
Foundations seeks to add new members to the Editorial Board by recruiting new Assistant Editors, whose main responsibilities are listed below:
· Reviews new submissions
· Writes 1 book review for each issue
· Performs a final edit on at least 1 paper per issue
· Serves as a liaison between Foundations and a set of schools
If you are interested in applying for the Editorial Board, please download the application below and email it to email@example.com when completed.
Upon receipt of your application, you will be assigned a sample review to complete and a personal interview time will be arranged.
