About Us
The Octopodes are Johns Hopkins University's oldest a cappella group. When not octopo-rocking out in their octopo-blue, they are often found adding an octopo-prefix to the beginning of octopo-words and camping in the freezing, unforgiving wilderness, all the while being notoriously good-looking. They have been featured on BOCA twice and are currently promoting their new CD, Blackout. With their kick-you-in-the-face style and arrangements, they aim to fill the room with an octopo-wall of sound. The Octopodes live and sing by the 4 D's: Diction, Dynamics, Derformance, and Dafterparty.
