High-throughput single cell technology

High throughput single cell technology is a technique to rapidly obtain cell morphology and biomolecules states (Proteins, DNA …etc) of single cells and extract cell phenotypes. We have developed a computational routine that it can reliably transform the multiplex cell images to high content information of each individual cells, including cell cycle status, cell morphology, protein contents, protein spatial distributions. For data analysis, we have also developed VAMPIRE algorithm for simple and visual representation of complex cell morphology space.  This technology provides us a powerful platform to study diseases at the single cell level.
